Crystals for Continuum Generation

Common Materials: Pure YAG crystals, sapphire crystals, and CaF2 crystals,
  Other crystalline or amorphous materials are available upon request.
 Pumped by ultrafast pulses, these crystals can generate extremely broadband spectrum (continuum) which can be seeded to OPA to be amplified.

Application examples:

Continuum generation in YAG crystal pumped by ~ 800 nm
 Continuum generation in MIR ~ 4.5 um from YAG pumped by 3100 nm
CaF2 used for stable femtosecond white light generation from UV to IR
